Rebirth - Dynamic difficulty and streamlined double exp

Update: thanks for all your opinions!
I’ve decided to not start with streamlined expx2/apx3 and see where it gets me, since apparently high tier mayeria can still be quite OP. If I still get annoyed by slow progression i’ll wait for the expX2 materia and turn it on then (as i did in remake).

Hi all, so I'm preparing my body for Rebirth (Xbox release soon!!), and while playing the demo I was wondering: The only thing that annoyed me from remake is that some materia required sooooo much AP, that it was very unlikely to even max them during one playthrough, even if you grinded. So I was thinking I'd like to play with the APx3 streamline progression on from the start in Rebirth (I also will use the weapon ability instant learning because eff that). However, that APx3 comes with an Expx2 as well (which is really weird, why wouldn't they separate that...?). I looked it up and if you use double exp, you'll be about 6 levels ahead of where you'd be without the double exp. This might be a lot at the start, but in the long run, might not matter that much.

So I my question is: I enjoy combat to keep being challenging, I will use the dynamic difficulty. But how does dynamic difficulty interact with the Expx2? Will I be overpowered still if I use dynamic? Or will I be underpowered because enemies scale to me and level too fast for me?

Has anyone had any experience with using these settings together?
