We're about two months into using Netsuite and running into some issues with Sales Order billing process.
We have several items we hold in inventory for clients, and then deploy and bill out as needed. The items are ordered in Netsuite via a Purchase Order, then received into the specific client's Bin. These items are shipped out on tickets in a separate system, and then we create the SO for that specific shipment and Fulfill the items on the SO.
When the SO comes across the Invoice Sales Order screen, we want to double-check that the Rate and PO Rate are accurate to the specific purchase of these items. I was hoping to be able to drill down or click through the items or IF record to navigate to the PO, but there isn't a link between IF and PO. Anyway for me to get from these manually-created SOs to a Purchase Order that the items were initially received on?
