With the addition of Jubilee, I think visual clutter has reached its boiling point.

During big team fights, especially when playing ranged heroes, I can’t even tell who I’m supposed to shoot at and can't even distinguish enemy hero models in so much visual effects.

I know they released a visual clarity "hotfix", but I genuinely can’t feel a difference. Something needs to be done, else this is a problem that will only keep getting worse after each patch.
