Hi everyone, hoping someone can help because we’re genuinely losing our minds with this.
We have a Vauxhall Corsa Sport and there is a very high-pitched shrill/squealing noise coming from the car (video attached). We’ve already replaced almost everything we thought could be causing it, but the sound is still there.
The noise sounds sharp/shrill, almost like a squeal or whistle. We’re struggling to figure out whether it’s:
brakes/disc shield rubbing
wheel bearing
auxiliary belt/tensioner/pulley
alternator or AC pulley
gearbox/clutch related
air/vacuum leak
We don’t want to keep throwing money at random parts.

Engine/year: 2013
Petrol
Automatic
Parts already replaced: [LIST EVERYTHING]
Noise happens: while driving / idle / accelerating / braking?
Does it change when turning or braking? [YES/NO]

Hi everyone, I think I’m overthinking and panicking a bit, so I wanted some honest advice from people who’ve been through the UK spouse visa process.

My solicitors have said the application is ready, but documentation is still being prepared. I’ve given them everything they asked for, but I’m still scared something could go wrong.

A few things I keep worrying about:

We met on Bumble april 2025
We got legally married in March 2026 in Georgia (civil marriage/registry style basically just signing, no big wedding or ceremony)
We’ve spent a lot of time together in person and submitted lots of relationship evidence (photos across time, chats, proof of visits/time together, etc.)
My spouse works hourly in the UK so income varies week to week, but all payslips, bank statements and supporting documents were provided, and the solicitors haven’t raised concerns

I think my biggest fear is that because we had a very small civil marriage and met online, they might see it as suspicious even though our relationship is completely genuine.

Has anyone had a similar situation (met online, small civil marriage, hourly-paid sponsor, married abroad)? Did you face any issues or have anything unexpected come up?

I know nobody can predict an outcome, but I’d really appreciate honest experiences because I’m honestly so anxious about this. Please help me out
