Blackberry Lavender Cheesecake

I’m not the best at decorating lol. But this is a frequent request from my husband’s employees. I combined these two recipes:

This recipe yields mini cheesecakes, which are a big hit for tea or garden parties. https://www.lifeloveandsugar.com/mini-blackberry-lavender-cheesecakes/

I used this one to make it into a big one. Adding the dye and flavoring to the batter. https://sugarspunrun.com/best-cheesecake-recipe/

I could not find any lavender extract when I first made this so I ended up using lavender syrup. I found that you have to use a whole bunch of the syrup to get any hint of lavender. I just sort of add it in by taste.

The dining room rug I’m keeping for sure though. Or maybe I move the foyer one under the dining room table and do a slightly smaller one in the foyer?
