Test drove a Platinum+ e4orce... I want to hear from owners now

Right now, this is the second EV I've looked at. First was an Ioniq5 SEL (I'd mainly want a Limited if I were in a ready to buy today type situation), I currently have an Elantra Hybrid that I love but I'm interested in going full EV in the near future.

Some details about the Aryia I test drove, it was in the boulder grey two-tone color with the black roof. It had the blue grey interior...

I think the main things I didn't like is the seating is kind of weird, not uncomfortable by any means. Just different. I'm not super used to Nissans so maybe it's more of a Nissan thing? My partner is like 6'1 so I wonder how they'd fit into it because I'm like 5'6 and I saw a reel/short on youtube of someone who was 5'11 who said that they didn't have a lot of headroom

The infotainment felt kind of cluttered, but maybe that's something I'd get used to?

What I did like but this isn't maybe exclusive to the Ayria was the power, it's very much an EV in that regard. I think the AWD Aryia makes more power than the Ioniq 5 AWD?

The cooling system seemed pretty loud and buzzy but it's also a pretty hot day today (mid 80F range)

But as a prospective buyer, who is new to EVs but savvy enough and a frequent enough viewer of EV-oriented channels like Out of Spec.
It seems I could get a CPO/Lease return in the next 12 months for a really good deal because the dealership I went to was taking 17k off sticker which seems like a crazy good deal.

What do owners here have to say about their Aryias? Worthwhile for me to keep on a shortlist?

Likes, dislikes?

General feeling of reliability? Good, bad?
In comparison to the Hyundai EVs at least the 800v ones like the Ioniq5, no ICCU to worry about with the Aryia lol

How's the charging on it and road tripping it?

I'm in southern Wisconsin, I go to the Twin Cities and northern Minnesota (think between Fargo and Bemidji if those not from this region are maybe familiar with the approximate locations of those cities) pretty frequently, and then ocassional trips to northern Alabama and probably down the line odds and ends places around the Midwest and across the country and maybe even to Canada (Ontario/Ottawa) (although that one I'm not sure how wise of an idea is to do, possible but maybe not as pleasant as the US?).

I will say an EV probably wouldn't be most excellent for the Northern MN trips because the last charging stop I see on plugshare is in Monticello which should get me up to the town I go to and I'm told the town does have EV charging just maybe less advertised because it's a small town but still very few options if wind or weather were less favorable or the Monticello charging stop were down/unavailable for any reason

This was the first full EV I’ve driven, I had a Model Y as an Uber in Nova Scotia and I’ve test driven a 2nd gen Chevy Volt but it was at a low SoC, I currently own a ‘25 Elantra Hybrid Limited and I love it but I’ve put a lot of miles on it in the year I’ve owned it and I’ve always been intrigued by EVs and well gas prices are influencing me a little bit (not the only reason, it’s also lifestyle things)

But I loved it a lot!! I want a limited a fair bit more but maybe for the right price on my trade or the car I could do the SEL.

I’m not super worried about the ICCU, although I hope they keep good inventory on that part

I think my favorite thing honestly was just how smooth and quiet it was.
My hybrid gets quiet but it’s not that smooth, now tbf the Ioniq is a lot more expensive but at least it feels like you get something worth its price

Owners, what do you like best about your Ioniq5?
