Who said Sausage and Mash can't be sexy for lunch?

Sticky Rice, some plain 'Slaw', Cucumber, Edamame, Gochujang marindaded Chicken, a sprinkle of Corriander and Spring Onion

The marinade tastes incredible! I just whacked some Gochujung Paste in a bowel, added Soy Sauce, Honey, Ginger and Garlic. Eyeballed but I'd say about 2 Tbsps of the Paste and Honey and Soy, then 1 tbsp of Garlic and Honey.
