GM says not to use pan gripper to grip pans out of oven?
One of our pans bent recently and it appears it was the work of the pan gripper. I wasn't there for the incident but I was added to a group chat telling us to use the pizza paddle instead.
My GM has stated "I don't care what the rules are, please do as I say"
Thoughts?
