Me and my husband have recently switched from apple to android. When the attempting to log in using an android device, there is no connect by apple ID button. My husband contacted the help support, he provided them with.... The email address, the name of the account, the relay email, the pokemon on the account. He has knowledge of all the passwords and possesses the cell phone that the apple account is two factor authenticated too. Pokemon support team is ignoring all the proof of ownership of the account and is refusing to link his account to his new phone.
