As an avid listener of this type of asmr, I felt like a lot of co-sleeping scenarios were targeting a listener who feels restless or can't fall asleep. But for me I'm often so tired I could conk out right away! However, I just want to do so while wrapped up in affection and love. So I wrote an intro for a very sweet video that then continues with background noises like blanket rustling, breathing, heartbeats etc.

If spoken slowly as intended, it should result in about 8-10mins of intro. Personally I feel most at ease when the full video is over 30mins long, but that's just my recommendation :)

A wholesome script for an Instagram reel or tiktok etc. I noticed after writing that you can flip the genders any which way! I just originally wrote it m4f

Setting: listener relaxing e.g. on the sofa, performer approaches them

Generally the tone is just gentle, silly, doting, low volume
