Hi, this is u/Murky_Ad_9560 from my second account.

Since Monday, I’ve been trying desperately to recover my main account after Reddit suddenly locked it and asked me to reset my password. Everything started after someone commented a full brand name under one of my posts. After resetting my password, my entire account changed overnight.

None of my old posts or comments are publicly visible anymore. I can’t reply to chats, my posts get instantly removed by Reddit filters, and now my account appears to be banned/shadow restricted by automated systems.

What hurts the most is that my account was nearly 3 years old. I built genuine friendships, connections, and a small family through this community while buying, selling, and rehoming. So many memories, conversations, and trusted connections are tied to that account.

I honestly don’t know if I will ever recover the account, even after submitting an appeal to Reddit. It’s heartbreaking to suddenly lose access to something I spent years building.

Here I’m attaching some screenshots from my old account, including my posts and feedbacks, because I now have to slowly reconnect with everyone again from this new account.

I honestly feel devastated and helpless. Right now I just want to reconnect with the people who knew and trusted me here.
