Potentially Relocating to Pawley's Island
I have an opportunity to potentially move to Pawley's Island from the northeast. I'm researching the area quite a bit and am planning a trip soon. But I'm curious to know more about the area. I've heard from a few people that it's more a "retirement" spot and a "dying island". What do I need to know as a 34 year old woman about living there?
