Changes to layout after building permit
I submitted floor plans for a basement bathroom and the permit is approved. Now we have reversed where the toilet and shower will be. Do I need to submit new plans, or is it expected that small changes will happen?

I am currently in the desert and will move to a snowy climate, city driving, low miles both places. I think I need an all season tire, size is 215/70 r16. I'm going to discount tire so I can get tire rotations in both places. Thanks for your thoughts!
