Hi all, my car was stolen in north Portland a few nights ago. I’m asking for help in searching for it. there’s some common cool down locations that cars get stashed that I’m wanting to go to but I don’t have a big social circle to ask from.

6 month lease I thought would go month to month. Landlord gave me notice yesterday to move out the 31st when the lease ends. I’m confused if notice is supposed to be 90 days before or 30. in my lease it just says theres an option to go month to month after the lease expires. I also live downstairs with my landlord so I’m not sure how much the non-reason clause affects notice time.
I accidentally left my container of tofu I fried open in the fridge overnight. is it still edible or too much of tummy risk?
