I’ve been using online banking more lately and started noticing how much I rely on the smaller features rather than just checking my balance. Things like automatic transfers, account alerts, and being able to manage everything from the app can make everyday banking a lot simpler.

For people who use Ally regularly, what feature do you find genuinely useful? Is there something you use all the time that you think gets overlooked, or a feature you’d like Ally to improve?
