Wonders of evolution - Social Hunstman

This is Sunny, my Delena cancerides. Shes not a small spider, but side on you can really see how flat they're evolved to become to enable them to live under the tiniest gaps in barks on trees. Fascinating! Even when shes eaten well, her abdomen expands sideways, not upwards

Another rescue spood

Found this poor lady last night, shes missing her front two legs on her left side, and has damage to her abdomen which sits crooked.

She looks mature so won't be able to regrow her legs.

So shes now got her very own rent free enclosure in my room, with complementary insects

Named her Hoppy 🥰

Absolute unit

Found this dude(?) on my car, absolute beast of a thing

And yes I know they hurt, and yes I know this is stupid, but I needed to get it off my car before I drive home from work and he(she?) Just walked onto my hand after checking me out for 10seconds

My darling Isopeda montana Marge had her eggs hatch, and this time I actually moved her to an escape proof box before they hatched, so I don't need to hunt them down from my bedroom walls and furniture (lesson learnt from last time, wife wasn't too keen 😂)
