The ULTIMATE Get-ready-to-GO-Fest guide
So, you bought a ticket to a go fest location ticket and "WHAT NOW??"
well, heres what to do to make the most out of your event ticket:
First, get a bunch of active friends - either by posting your FC somewhere or by befriending people from raids. You can even use this post as a thread to get people that would play in your go fest location at the same time for party play and trading. Many friends = max gifts, which are a great way to get loads of pokeballs fast. Make sure to reach max gifts opened daily to stock up on pokeballs.
Second, (mainly for f2p players which will not be spending any money on coins on top of the ticket), make sure to get the max pokeCoins every day. You have probably doing this already, but 350 coins a week is a life changer if saved and spent correctly.
Third, its best to do inventory management before GO Fest is live. Make sure to only save pinap berries, and a max of 20 golden razz. Stock up on raid passes from the 5425 coins bundle which has the best ROI being around 55 coins per raid pass. Make sure to use every rare candy you have, probably on a safe choice (e.g. kyurem which is strong and has an Adventure Effect). Also make sure to save your star pieces and lucky eggs until go fest.
Regarding pokemon storage, its too long of an explenation to do here, so ill do it in this post.
It would also benefit you to save up stardust, which i've made a guide to here.
Fourth, also for the f2p mainly, making alts to get referral code rewards on main. Every account you make can get you some extra raif passes, rare candy, super incubators and an alt ready to GO Fest global.
For the non-f2p players, make sure you are buying pokecoins while in cheap places (e.g. india) for maximal ROI. Also consider buying super incubator services, if they are cheaper then buying pokecoins for those incubators.
You may also want to check out popular spoofing areas around tge city you chose and learn your route before the event goes live.
