The ULTIMATE Get-ready-to-GO-Fest guide

So, you bought a ticket to a go fest location ticket and "WHAT NOW??"

well, heres what to do to make the most out of your event ticket:

First, get a bunch of active friends - either by posting your FC somewhere or by befriending people from raids. You can even use this post as a thread to get people that would play in your go fest location at the same time for party play and trading. Many friends = max gifts, which are a great way to get loads of pokeballs fast. Make sure to reach max gifts opened daily to stock up on pokeballs.

Second, (mainly for f2p players which will not be spending any money on coins on top of the ticket), make sure to get the max pokeCoins every day. You have probably doing this already, but 350 coins a week is a life changer if saved and spent correctly.

Third, its best to do inventory management before GO Fest is live. Make sure to only save pinap berries, and a max of 20 golden razz. Stock up on raid passes from the 5425 coins bundle which has the best ROI being around 55 coins per raid pass. Make sure to use every rare candy you have, probably on a safe choice (e.g. kyurem which is strong and has an Adventure Effect). Also make sure to save your star pieces and lucky eggs until go fest.

Regarding pokemon storage, its too long of an explenation to do here, so ill do it in this post.

It would also benefit you to save up stardust, which i've made a guide to here.

Fourth, also for the f2p mainly, making alts to get referral code rewards on main. Every account you make can get you some extra raif passes, rare candy, super incubators and an alt ready to GO Fest global.

For the non-f2p players, make sure you are buying pokecoins while in cheap places (e.g. india) for maximal ROI. Also consider buying super incubator services, if they are cheaper then buying pokecoins for those incubators.

You may also want to check out popular spoofing areas around tge city you chose and learn your route before the event goes live.

If i forgot anything, or you have some more advice or inquiries about this post, please share them below.

Hope i helped!

How to get the maximum of your current Pokemon storage space

First of all - yes. It does work for lower storage space individuals - i personally have 1000.

#1) since you are spoofing, regular legendaries arent all thst impressive. So, searching something like: "legendary, ultra beast, mythical & raid & !shiny & !lucky & !background & 2*,1*" - could find you every legendary that holds almost no value in trading or playing whatsoever. Ofc be careful not to transfer mons you are using in GBL or hold sentimental value of some sort.

#2) sorting mons from oldest. Since you have atarted you probably have accidentally saved a bunch of random mons for no reason. Looking through your oldest mons will help you find a good amount of them.

#3) looking JUST above 2.5k CP. In this range of 2.5k-3k youll find the least useful mons.

#4) shinies you have in bulk. Whether its a community day shiny or just a mon youve gotten multiple shinies of for no reason.

Using all those you should always have about 200 free space in you storage no matter what.

Any insights and advice welcome

Hope i helped

Getting too little stardust? Read this rq!

In the picture above we can aee every stardust boosted pokemon.

Now base stardust (for non-boosted) goes as follows: 100 +200 for each stage of the pokemon (so a charmander would get 100, a charmeleon 300 and a charizard 500)

Weather boost: +25% stardust.

By catching 10 pokemon a minute (pretty avg catch rate for quick catching) for 30 minutes, you get 30k dust *at the very least*, probably closer to 40k.

Hance, without using any items you can get 80k/h just catching stuff, which is honestly not that bad.

By battling in the go battle league, you can also get great stardust for minimal effort.

Special events might have stardust mutiplier, a pokemon with a stardust boost or even both.

(Even in events without a specific buff, such as next raid day, the boosted amount of spawns in itself can be enough to up the rates)

Gigantamax raids give 25k **each** and legendary dynamax raids give 10k each

Using a star piece will boost every stardust gained by 50%

If you follow these rules and grind a bit on a daily basis, you should have upwards of 10mil stardust by go fest, which is enough to lvl50 15 different mons

Hope i helped!
