Good experience with flair !
Sharing because some of the stories here made me nervous before our trip!
We flew flair for the first time recently YEG-YYJ and return.
Everything was fine, we got exactly what we paid for, we expected to pay for seat selection, flying with kids this was non negotiable, we had prepaid for the bags we wanted and carefully measured our personal items! Staff was all very kind, got our personal items tagged at baggage drop, no need to resize before boarding.
The only complaint I have is that we had to wait FOREVER to drop off our checked bag , after being prepared and preprinting the tag because most of the line in front of us had not read the rules and showed up with tons and tons of luggage expecting to take it for free ….
They will charge you for extra bags, they will measure bags, you will pay more for your seat selection if you pick a better seat! I found this all pretty clear on the website when booking just make sure you read carefully!
Overall we would be happy to book and fly with flair again!
