Is it just me, or nowadays it is more satisfying to know na hindi ka natanggap sa isang position rather than being ghosted by the hiring team? I got interviewed yesterday, and then this morning I already received the result. Dapat ganito yung approach ng ibang company; meron din TAT or SLA sa mga hiring process nila, especially if you got interviewed by the hiring team or manager.
