I love my job, my boss is amazing and is going through a tough time having to find a new unit, doubling overheads. However I have been offered a job too good to refuse. Now isn’t the right time to leave but I’ll never get this opportunity again! Please let me know your thoughts!

Just for insight I’m a light vehicle mechanic, my boss is very appreciative of me. I’m the most senior person in the garage besides him so part of me feels like I’m letting him down by jumping ship at the wrong time for his business
