Looking to start my Journey and become a Journeyman.
I'm a 33 year old ex class clown who wasted the last 10 years as a linecook thinking passion would equate to paycheck. I'm in the midst of transitioning out to something that is long lasting. If you have any advice or words of encouragement I'd really appreciate it.
I'm willing to admit right up front I don't know a damn thing and won't pretend like I do to impress the person who ends up training me. I just want to learn a skill that will last me a lifetime.
