Picked up some fresh Chives from the Farmers Market last week, made a 16-inch sourdough pizza with them
Also grabbed some oregano, which I dried out and put in a white sauce I made for the base. Happy 4th and see y’all at the farmers market!

Did I miss any spots? Always looking to support local pizza and grab a great slice. All these places inspire me to make pizza in my apartment. I live a block from Bennison’s Bakery, and sometimes don’t want to walk to grab a pie. Parsley finished is from the farmers market, hoping to pickup some tomatoes next!
Normal oven: cheap Frigidaire that gets up to 500.

Cooling on a screen, not baked on it though. Baked in a basic Whirlpool oven launched directly onto baking steel.
Spicy italian sausage, some fresh and WMLM mozz baked in my apartment oven!
