KJT E30 Kia Stinger HFC 400 Cell Mbrp Resonators Drive

KJT E30 Kia Stinger HFC 400 Cell Mbrp Resonators Drive

Resonators are pretty new so tone might change a bit and it was pretty windy today. I wouldn't bother using resonators with oem primaries + catless secondaries as they block out some of the unpleasant tones. Hfc has been my fav mod by far. The performance difference is so damn good with a tune.

Kia Stinger w/ HFC+Ark Mids+Mbrp Pro Active+Mbrp Resonators Revs

Some feedback given in the video. This has gotten me more curious of trying either a smaller fatter resonator or doing a merged mid pipe with a single smaller resonator.

Kia Stinger w/ HFC + Ark Mids + Mbrp Pro Active no resonators cold start #exhaust #explorepage #kia

Jesus christ I couldn't even rev it past 2.5k rpm without being heard from the moon. Im going to put the mbrp resonators on this coming Saturday because I can't even drive it in auto mode without the crazy metallic rasp being overbearing. I would have some at least 16 inch bottle style resonators on before going high flows. The bottle style will keep it loud and be clean of rasp. I know it's going to sound amazing with the resonators. I wouldn't bother with the stock primaries.

Manual mode it does sound good but still has nasty rasp in that 2k rpm. I'll take a video in the parking lot with current setup and then again once the mbrp resonators are put on. Going to change the tips also to brand new matte carbon fiber to match the wheels. One of the tips is kinda rattling and it's annoying me lol.

Some revs with HFC

Alright I really think I need to throw on the mbrp resonators soon LOL. The cold start was way too loud to do revs in my garage without starting a WW3.

Always keep her clean!

Hope everyone is having a nice labor day! Been a month since I gave her a nice wash! Got my power wash/drying setup all done for effortless cleaning 😀

Can't wait to get the cmbuildz high flow primaries put on and see how different it will sound! 😀

Cmbuildz High Flow Primaries - The final exhaust stage

Super excited! Just picked these up. Going to get them ceracoted first and have him install it. He's done it many times so I am in good hands. I have the mbrp resonators also as well if they are needed but I will first see how it sounds without them.

Plan to install them in next 2 months or so. The tone should deepen and sound more aggressive with ark secondaries and mbrp active catback. Will take some videos after. I already have plenty of videos of my current setup. Now I will put them on display and drool for a while. 🤤

KJT E30 Mild Burbles Drive

Hey folks here is a drive comparing the mild e30 tune to the moderate. No more loud obnoxious pops. Milder crackles and burbles which I really like. IMO much more daily driver friendly and easier on your engine/turbos/cats. If you are catless this would be great too. Oh side note KJT tcu tunes are coming in a month or so. Im still kinda debating on the mbrp resonators to clean up the rasp and drone. I couldn't get on it too much since its like 103 degrees today.

KJT E30 Mild Burbles Cold Start

Just flashed the car yesterday with a good friends help to the KJT E30 Mild Burbles tune. Some were curious to hear the difference so here it is. I had the moderate burbles before and felt it was a bit too much especially the loud pops. Now it's literally perfect crackles and burbles. I will post a driving video bit later.

2026 July Software Update

I would probably hold off for a while before installing this in case there are some weird issues with it. These updates usually take a long time so I would put time aside to do it while the car is stationary.

Stinger appreciation day

Every drive is a therapeutic session of joy, laughter and smiles. Had a fun session just getting on it at nights. Immediately had a mustang come gunning it. Hell yeah this car just has an aura with these damn wheels. I can't stop staring at it as I walk away. If yours is still stock... you are so missing out on the extra power and fun!!! 😎

Love for bronze

Been getting so many compliments on the road lately with these wheels and where the car is at. Just waiting on KJT team to figure out flashing issues so then I can flash the no burble tune. But yeah I absolutely love this car more than anything I've owned. Real shame kia didn't sell that many.

One happy stinger owner

Can't get over how amazing these wheels look. Was going to retake my photo since my front headlight was fogged up. Fixed after replacing the condensation packs. Also put matching rolling diameter 245/40/19 tires in front to match the 275/35/19 in rear. And I put proper sized hub rings and rebalanced all 4 wheels after redoing alignment and fixing steering wheel not centered as well. Been one busy month for me.

Finally put the correct tire diameter thanks to fellow stinger owner for poimting it out, to be within less than 1% difference. Holy christ what a difference. Make sure you check your tire rolling diameter to be correct before you change them! Holy the grip now is absolutely nuts. 😍

It was pretty bad before. On awd the front will feel loose as if its catching itself. No more!
