Had swordland today and this was a report which made me rather curious. How did he win? Is it the the troop average or some other factor?

i started playing in one of the servers in 2300s and this guy is ranked 1 in neighbouring kingdoms... Our server is just 21 days old so theirs should be 20 or below... Are there even enough packs to get Domain IV in 20 days??
