How do you handle inactive alliance members?
As an alliance leader, I find it frustrating when activity starts to drop. I try to keep the alliance organized and make sure everyone stays involved in events, but not to make it turn into a strict routine either.
For the R5s here, how do you handle inactive members? Do you set activity expectations or just let things run naturally?

Why would they change the screen proportions for iPad and im assuming other tablets as well.
