Neumann monitors for studio question

Hi!

Im building a studio in a pretty small room (3x6m) and have trouble deciding between the Neumann KH80 and KH120. Also considering getting the KH750 sub but not sure if my room will be too small for it. Would KH80 + KH750 sub be enough or is it worth getting the KH120? Can I skip the sub if I go for the KH120? I mostly make acoustic stuff but I also love electronic music and will probably do some heavy bass stuff with vintage organs and keyboards.

Would love to hear some input from people more experienced than me on this. I've found there is quite a steep learning curve when starting to build a studio and figure stuff out.

Best regards

This is one of my favorite albums. The last song ”The Ballad of Bobby Fischer” was featured in the 2011 documentary ”Bobby Fischer Against the World”.

Its influences range from Dylan-esque folk ballads, rough blues/folk/old country bands with trumpet and violin solos and ragtime stuff. The singers voice is rough and amazing and the band is rough around the edges in a perfect way.

This album truly feels like a couple friends jamming together while the singer is singing poetic and beautiful lyrics about life, death, love and loneliness.

The only info about the album I can find is the band name ”Tik Tok”, the album name ”Party on Top of the World” and the singers name which maybe is Micah Ellison, but I’m not sure about it.

Please check it out! I think a lot of people would love it just like I do. :)
