Pre-transfer testing / protocol?

I just finished my 6th round and found out that we got a euploid. I also have an LLM on ice.

I have had two failed euploid FETs. The first was fully medicated -- my early beta was low (40) and second was lower (32). The second was a modified natural and failed to implant. Clear hysteroscopies both times.

I have an almost 4 yo who I conceived without assistance. It was a natural delivery with no complications. I'm 41 now.

My doctor doesnt recommend testing but says we can do lupron suppression empirically if I want. I'm doing acupuncture and red light therapy because my lining has hovered around 7 mm even with tamoxifen.

What else should I consider?

Euploid from small cohort?

Heading into my sixth retrieval tomorrow. The number of mature eggs I retrieved previously were 6, 4, 10, 8, and 8. Doctor says to expect 3 this time, although most rounds the estimate has been 2 lower than actual results.

I decided not to cancel. Any positive stories about getting a euploid from a small yield? I've had 2 euploids in the past but neither transfer worked.

Transfer experiences with LLM - 2 chromosomes impacted

I have a low level mosaic embryo with two chromosomes impacted (14 and 18). I know the general odds of transferring LLMs, but am not sure how two chromosomes affect outcomes.

Any experience shares or advice on this topic would be welcome.

6th Round?

I'm 41. I just got disappointing results from my fifth round of PGTA, and I'm looking for perspectives / advice / reactions to my situation. For the first time through this process, I'm really spinning.

Here are my stats:

Round #, date: Retrieved, mature, fertilized, blasts, euploid.

#1, 5/25: 7, 6, 6, 4, 1 (chemical)

#2, 10/25: 5, 4, 3, 1, 0

#3: 2/26: 11, 10, 9, 3, 1 (did not implant)

#4: 4/26: 9, 8, 8, 2, 0

#5: 6/26: 8, 8, 7, 4, 0

I have a 3.5 year old who I conceived spontaneously. I bought a pack of 3 retrievals, and I still have one left. But I don't know if I should proceed, give up, or consider donor eggs.
