Klee was my first 5 star and she was on the bench but after playing meta for the whole patch i just decided to get nicole cause i love her so i want to make my C1 Klee work in an overload team with chevreuse, Nicole and fischl. Thing is i don't know if i should go for the new hex set or keep the one i have and what weapon put on her because she use skyward atlas but nicole may want it.I do have an oathsworn R5 so would it be enough for nicole to reach her max stack ?

All right guys i have these two build, with huohuo s1 i'm well over 200 spd but it make me question, i think the 199 base spd build is the best one but only because it provides more elation. What are the stat where elation % start having diminishing return ? Or is that 14% more elation is not enough to bridge the fact that my initial ult should put me at 100% cr and that i have additional crit dmg while not being that much slower than the first build.
