I’m an upcoming freshman and love college basketball, I’ve been a UMD fan my whole life and just started watching DePaul this year when I committed. I’ve been doing research about rivalries we have and stuff like that and it seems like we don’t really have many other than Loyola. according to what I found, we’re kinda rivals with Marquette but there mainly rivals with Wisconsin and then no other big east teams really care about us 😭. To the fans who have watched DePaul for a while what teams that we play a lot would you say are the funnest environments to go to like rowdiness wise? I also know northwestern is a good rival too.

I’m a rising freshman this year and will have classes at the Lincoln park and loop campus, I’m wondering if there’s any places I should avoid. I know that basically everywhere directly above Lincoln park on the coast is safe areas, and I believe that extends to somewhat below loop campus but other than that I’m not sure what’s safe and unsafe, and is there even anything past soldier field that I would want to go to?

Also do you guys walk around late at night around campus or is it a little sketchy, I feel like I’m overthinking it but let me know.

Im an incoming freshman next fall, I was wondering if there was a spikeball club and if not would anyone want to join if I made one once I get to school?
