Hi po! I just wanted to know if meron po ba dito nakapag loan sa CasMum na naging overdue. I have 2 active loan accounts which amount to around ₱37k total. I have already reached out to their customer service via email and was given a discounted rate to close the accounts but I wasn’t able to pay it on time kasi they only gave me 1 day to settle. They emailed me around noon and I work nightshift so gabi ko na nabasa. Today, they texted me saying they have assigned a collection agent to my account and for possible home visit na daw.

Tanong lang po sa mga may active loans sa CashMum if totoo ba ang home visit? Or is this just another form of harassment?

Hello! I’m 35/F. May nakapag loan na ba dito sa HiFun Pera na nag OD? How many days na po and na-home visit na po ba? Umiiwas na po ako sa tapal system and planning to OD hanggang sa makapag ipon ako ng pambayad. Sobrang laki din kasi ng interest but I really needed the money at that time. Thanks sa sasagot!
