Just copped the new mudslide $75 qp. I was just wondering if anyone has tried it yet?

Hey everybody I was just looking for an opinion before I begin work, my mom has signed me over a 2011 EX-L Honda pilot. But the only problem is it has been sitting for around 3 years with a broken sunroof. I’ve seen videos and have experience in replacing carpet and padding. But I was really wondering if the engine and other motor parts would still be good after changing the fluids? I think it would be a good investment considering I only have to pay for the repairs, but truly would it be worth it? 17M

Edit: forgot to add that it only has 135k miles.
