Do any of yall get extremely cranky and prone to crashing out when you're ill?

I'm ill right now (common cold) and I've noticed that I'm getting cranky and angry very very easily whenever I fall ill, irrespective of the illness(this has happened for common cold, flu, stomach worms and borderline heatstrokes, which is all I've had for the past year)

I just wanted to know if this is an autism thing or a me thing
