How can I improve on it, I’m really disappointed with what I got

Edit- I wrote the essay but I guess it wasn’t enough

Today I give my social studies test, getting 149 is that bad?. I have been watching most of the videos of getsummaths which made pretty confident, giving me an boost, even though I thought, I was expecting a higher score based on the question I got, however me getting that score is worrying me about the other subjects that I will give soon. So tips are appreciated.
