"I'll never be able to make any money" - Liv

I've just been listening to Liv's latest podcast episode with her dad, and she's bemoaning the fact the country is doomed and how she'll "never be able to make any money" because of it. She goes on to say she'll never find a decent (/rich) husband because there are (supposedly) so many cheating men out there.

Am I hearing things correctly? Firstly, she previously made the point several times that her parents don't give her a penny and expect her to pay her own way, which I respect. But Liv catastrophising that she's broke (which she's done on a previous episode) and acting like she doesn't have a pot to piss in is quite insulting to the rest of us "normal" people. If I, and several of my friends, have managed to save up over the years, and manage our crappy earnings sensibly, what excuse does she have? Doesn't she run a business and presumably get paid for her social media posts, plus earning money from the podcast through advertising and sponsors?

On the husband point, it's depressing that she thinks a rich bloke is her only avenue to being successful and buying a house one day.

Someone rescue this poor woman

I've been revisiting series 22 and forgot just how toe-curlingly awful Nicole's second date with Julius was. It's definitely up there with the cringiest ever dates/interactions on the show...She walks into the restaurant and he's sat there with his mum, who he introduces to Nicole. On their SECOND DATE. His mum then leaves, to which Julius says he wanted them all to have a meal together, but he asked his mum to leave after finding out Nicole was going on dates with a footballer😂Then Julius starts yapping on about "our bond" and it goes from bad to worse. His facial expression at the end is priceless😂😂
