Discouraged & Wanting Encouragment

I have had a fissure for 3.5 week, it slowly started to get better with diltiazem, sitz baths, MiraLAX and colace along with better diet choices. I was pain free completely for a week and blood free for ten days. However, I messed up and four days ago I made the mistake of missing a dose of MiraLAX and colace and ate a nut bar along with not much else during the day. The next day I went to the bathroom with moderate amount of blood, not a lot of pain though. Then I went two more times that day and it HURT so badly.. the next day was a little better pain wise and yesterday was no pain BUT a moderate amount of blood (my bleeding had subsided from the initial). Today there wasn’t pain until the very end of the BM accompanied by 4/10 pain for two minutes after.. unfortunately there was some more blood, not as much as yesterday. However now as I’m sitting in in pain! It’s not horrible, but it’s triggering my mental.

I’m a first time mom and am feeling so discouraged. Just telling myself it is irritated but I’m missing out on my kiddos life because of this horrible thing.

SOS! 4weeks postpartum & think I have AF

I gave birth four weeks ago, up until the three week mark I never had issues with going to the bathroom. I stopped taking a stool softener because my bowels became incontinent, but seven days ago I noticed a little pain when having a bowel movement accompanied by blood. I went to my OB a few days ago thinking I had hemorrhoids which I do not. The blood has lessened, but the pain is unbearable now. I was in excruciating pain for almost 4 hours following a bowel movement. Sitting hurts, standing, hurts, laying down hurts, the bathtub hurts. The actual going to the bathroom part doesn’t hurt terribly, but I do notice that I am tightening up when I’m about to go because I’m nervous . I’ve already been through so much postpartum with sepsis and a blood patch, and a blood clot. I really thought I was in the clear and I’m just in excruciating pain now. Please help with any advice or encouragement.
