The apartment is 1,111 a month not including utilities. The apartment is in NOHO. It's only a few minutes away from Burbank and the Arts district. It has laundry on site and a tandem parking spot! The apartment is unfurnished. Our old roommate is in the process of moving out, but their stuff will be gone once it's move in day! Move in 10/1!
