Minimally invasive TLIF

So I’m having the minimally invasive TLIF in September due to chronic bi lateral pars fractures and grade 2 spondy I’ve been dealing with for 6+ months and wanted to hear some success stories along with what my recover may be like. If anyone has any advice or recommendations I am all ears! Thank you. I’m so ready to feel okay again and normal. It’s been a painful journey.

Not sure what to do next

The lumbar curvature is normal. Grade 1 anterolisth of L5 on S1 due to chronic bilateral L5 pars interarticularis defects. The vertebral bodies
are normal in height and otherwise normal alignmer
The conus medullaris
terminates at the level of T12. The cauda equina ne roots are
unremarkable.
Mild to moderate disc space loss and desiccation is noted at L5-S1.
Scattered Schmorl nodes are noted. The backgrour marrow signal is unremarkable.
Disc bulge at L4-L5 and posterior disc uncovering a S1 with facet
arthrosis without significant spinal canal stenosis or foraminal narrowing.
Impression
Incomplete study.
Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 on S1 due to chronic bilateral L5 pars
interarticularis defects.
Mild degenerative changes at L4-L5 and L5-S1 with high-grade spinal
canal stenosis or foraminal narrowing at any level.

This is what I have been diagnosed with currently but I’m in pretty much constant pain even with 900 milligrams of gabapentin every day and meloxicam in the morning. Have appointments with PT and a neurosurgeon next month. Just got a toradol shot yesterday and started on another kind of steroids. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
