Hi, I’m looking for a cocktail bar in Rotterdam that is dog friendly and has a nice view of the city. A rooftop would be perfect, but it doesn’t have to be, it can also just be a cute girly place with a nice atmosphere. Do you have any recommendations? 😊😊
