Hey guys so I’m currently writing this from the break room. Does anyone else deal with upper management scheduling SUPER light on days that they aren’t here? I know short staffing is something that all jobs deal with I’m not trying to sound special here I just want some clarity lol. I’ve noticed every time my manager is not here we schedule less and less people and get absolutely slammed on the FE. Any suggestions?
