Hello all.

First of all I want to say that this subreddit has been a "savior" with some of the best information, tips, success and honest real-world stories and expectations. It's truly been such a help!

So I could leave a huge long post about my history etc., but the short story is I had C diff for 6 months last year before being properly diagnosed, and then due to my very compromised immune system here I am again, a month and a half in on a vanco taper this year.

So far starting to feel like the vanco may have worked again. But again due to my compromised immune system my doctors and I feel I may be a very strong candidate for a reoccurrence unfortunately.

My oncologist in Victoria BC, said if I don't "beat it" this time she would personally recommend me to the FMT clinical trials of Island Health microbiologist Dr. Christine Lee in Victoria. Using Lyophilized (freeze dried) FMT.

I'm just wondering if anyone out there has gone through her clinical trial here?

Or if anyone has had a Lyophilized FMT anywhere else?

Just looking for more general information.
