Has anyone else been unable to log into their CUPRA account after the latest update?
Hi everyone,
After the latest software update on my CUPRA, I was automatically logged out of my account. Since then, I haven’t been able to sign back in.
I’ve already tried:
-Changing my password.
-Resetting the infotainment system to factory settings.
-Logging in multiple times with the correct credentials.
Nothing has worked so far.
I contacted my official CUPRA dealer, and they told me to wait for the next software update. However, I’m not convinced that another update will actually fix the issue.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? If so, how did you manage to resolve it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
