Now that genetics of females animals is presented, should I be hunting low fitness females to try to get higher genetics in my herds?

I send out my pointers to find game to track and they can't find anything. I'll hear a call and send them out as I stalk up to them and the pointers never find their sent and start sneaking and I end up spooking the animals off, it seems like only spot pointing works now. Also, if you I.D. a track and tell them to search for that species, the pointer just takes off running until it respawns back next to you
