White lines or scratches? in carbon wheels

I need some of knowledge. So I recently bought the Elitewheels Edge 3.0 from Aliexpress and at first sight there was nothing wrong with them. But when I started to mount my tires I found these weird white kind of lines as you can see in the pictures in the comments. The surface is super smooth and it doesn't feel like scratches or scuffs. Also if I take a closer look, I can see that there are some gaps between the white kind of dots. So in my opinion scratches should have a start and an ending. So these gaps between should not exist. It looks more like it's something in one of the lower layers.
Also these lines stops close before the rim flange.
I already contacted the support, they are saying these are scratches from mounting the tyre but there are no structural problems with the wheel.
So, what do you guys think? Is it safe to ride them? Are these really scratches or is it some construction problem of the rim or is it just a cosmetic issue in the production?
I would much appreciate some advice from you guys.
