Given the new 2026 rules, for Pakistanis, we need to book hotels, air tickets and transport from before. After that the visa is applied. There needs to be a booking reference number within Nusuk. Would I not be able to get the reference number if I book directly from the hotels?

Has anyone booked their hotels on their own without going through an agent?

I have the option of emirates or etihad but not sure if I should book with the war situation. We can book free cancellation, pay at the property hotels. How is everyone navigating this situation?

Want to take a connecting flight in the first week of July but confused about this war situation that’s developing. The rates are good though.
