So far I've finished the Frostguard Ruins STLs, but everything else is still WIP.

Would love to paint the rocks a light blue to look like ice but I don't have that much storage and would like the rocks to be more generic for other settings too. The models are from Stone Trove and Rock Solid Adventures.

The mat is probably good enough for now, but at some point I'll experiment with foam rollers and heat guns to imprint a scattered cobblestone pattern into the EVA foam.

It took 10 months for my Central Sensitivities to start fading, now gone at 12 months, tapering medication without reoccurrence

It took stabilizing my external life before my internal sensitization started softening. Also started gym at about 4 months and moving to heavy weight lifting at 6 months.

Had intestinal burning, right side pain/itch, chronic pelvic pain, bloody marble constipation, total nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, depression, etc.
