Where in Chester can I go for a posh drink on a Saturday lunchtime?
I am going to be in Chester in a couple of weeks and I am meeting a client who likes old-world traditional style stuff. Last time we went to the Grovesnor but I've read that's closed now. Where can I get a couple of glasses of wine somewhere that is a bit up its own arse?
