At what age did you (or someone you know) first start thinking seriously about end-of-life planning? Was it in your 30s, 40s, 50s, or later? What triggered it?
• Have you created a will or trust? Why or why not? What made the process easy or stressful?
• What about a “death file” or binder with all your important info (bank accounts, insurance, passwords, final wishes)? How did you organize it?

I’m going to make some strawberry jam with raw brown sugar. Does anybody know if it affects the final color? Does it make it darker?
