Got fired on sum bs after only working at optum for 3 weeks

Hi, I was lead on by allina health when they offered a position two months ago and then delayed employment due to budget cuts. I patiently waited for a start date and I finally got one. The job was in business services, all I did was scan paper and fix mailing statuses all day, seemed chill. WRONG. I get chewed out from clicking out 5 mins before my end time which isn’t that deep and I manually had to change my time clock. Then it gets worse, they barely trained me, they showed me how to do these tasks once and then expected me to be perfect at them. Then like the passive aggressive mfs they are end up firing me because my “metrics” were bad and I wasn’t a good communicator. Mind you, my job was primarily away from my desk and I did all of the tasks I was supposed to complete. They called my staffing agency to fire me too, didn’t even have the guts to tell me in person, what a waste of my time. I hate allina health/optum, terrible organization. I hope they lose all the money in their lawsuit.
