Vehicle alerts on 2023 Prime XSE, noticed in the infotainment system after purchase.

Bought this at CarMax yesterday and noticed today. Nothing in the vehicle report about this. Service record says regular service performed in April but these alerts showed up in June/July. Car drove just fine and no lights in the gauge cluster. Still within the 10-day return window. Shall I take it to Toyota or check with CarMax?

Buying a 2022 RAV4 Prime XSE from CarMax. How do I check battery health and EV only miles?

Has 52k miles on it. Getting it mainly for work commute (24 miles round trip) and plan to drive on EV mode. Would appreciate any advice.
