I’m going to work with a brand (who hasn’t worked with many UGC creators before) and they said per their legal team a contract isn’t necessary. What do you think? Should I draft one myself?

I’m flying in from out of state to throw my sister a 30th birthday bash, Lizzie McGuire/y2k theme. Where could I get a delicious cake made that looks somewhat like this? Does not need to include the Lizzie decals. Willing to travel a bit south if needed!
